Data Deletion Policy

In line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, data we are required to retain for legal, tax, or billing purposes).
How to request deletion
- Email support@radahost.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your full name, the email address or account associated with your data, and a description of what you'd like deleted.
- We will verify your identity before processing the request, to protect against fraudulent deletion requests.
Timeline
We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days, confirming what has been deleted and, where applicable, what must be retained and why (for example, records required for tax compliance).
What we cannot delete immediately
- Billing and invoice records required for tax and accounting compliance.
- Data necessary to resolve an active dispute or support ticket.
- Backups, which are cycled out automatically on a rolling schedule rather than deleted on demand.
