Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all customers using Radahost's hosting, VPS, domain and related infrastructure services. It exists to keep our shared infrastructure secure and reliable for every customer.
Prohibited activities
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, or illegal content.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) from Radahost infrastructure.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts, servers or networks.
- Running services that knowingly abuse shared server resources to the detriment of other customers.
- Using our services in violation of Kenyan law or the law of the jurisdiction you operate in.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in warning, suspension, or termination of services, depending on severity. Where possible, we will attempt to notify you and give an opportunity to remedy the issue before suspension, except where immediate action is needed to protect our infrastructure or other customers.
Reporting abuse
To report suspected abuse of Radahost-hosted infrastructure, contact support@radahost.com with relevant details (URLs, headers, timestamps).
